For travellers who want more than simple relaxation and are interested in action, Paros offers a wide variety of activities.

At LOFTS the Village Summer Apartments we have compiled the most important activities you can do while on the island, so that we can make your stay in Paros as pleasant and as rich in experiences as possible.

In Paros all of nature and the terrain are ideal for cycling. You can opt to be guided by an experienced guide and on a set of routes of varying difficulty for an unforgettable experience.

Horse riding – Short tour with horses

On the north side of the island, near Naoussa, are the two riding schools of Paros. They offer excellent organization which warrants you a fun experience in a safe environment.

Sailing – Swimming

At the facilities of the Sailing Club of Paros, sailing and swimming lessons are held for children and adults.

Kitesurfing

The channel between Paros and Antiparos is an ideal location for kitesurfing, and for many, one of the best spots on the planet. On Pounta beach you will find organized Kitesurfing schools.

Windsurfing

The northern and eastern beaches, where strong winds constantly blow, are ideal for windsurfing. On these beaches there are organized windsurfing schools.

Diving

In Paros you can treat yourself to diving excursions and explore the wonderful seabed of the island. There are diving schools in various parts of the island that can meet your every wish.

Hiking

A. Marmara – Molos – Fanari – Kalogeras

Easy hiking route from Marmaras to the beach of Molos and then on to the beach of Kalogeros.

As soon as you reach the beach of Molos with the small port right at your feet, you turn right and follow the uphill road that takes you to the beach of Kalogeros, behind the small hill.

Alternatively, halfway down the short dirt road that brings you to the beach of Kalogeros, you can turn left on the path and reach the tip of the cape, to savour the unique view of the landscape.

Route 3.5 km, 45 minutes

B. Byzantine path Lefkes – Prodromos – Marmara

In medieval times a cobblestone road connected the hinterland villages of Prodromos and Lefkes. Modern roads today bypass this historic route. The trail takes just over an hour to walk.

This 10km trail, now called the Byzantine Trail, passes through old ruins of stone buildings, hidden orchards and imposing stone windmills. For those who enjoy mountain hiking, it will definitely prove an unforgettable experience. You can easily start from the village of Lefkes and follow the path that leads to Marmara.
